      Lustenau, 23.08.2021 - :be AG (ISIN AT0000A2SGH0, symbol BEAG) successfully starts trading on the Direct Market of Wiener Börse AG. A total of 50 million bearer shares with a notional interest in the share capital of EUR 1.00 each will be included in trading. The reference price per share is EUR 1.45. The company has a share capital of EUR 50 million and was valued at EUR 72.5 million. Trading will initially take place within the framework of a daily auction.
