      In March 2025, the Board of Directors decided to delist the Company with effect from 22 April 2025 (see also ad hoc release of 19 March 2025 / 17:37 CET/CEST). The decision to delist was taken in view of the fact that the Company has not financed itself via the capital markets since its listing in 2021 and that the trading volume of the shares in the direct market segment has remained low since then. Significant price fluctuations with low trading volumes and the large spread made it impossible for the company to convince institutional investors to invest in the :be share.

      The :be share was delisted from the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange (market segment: direct market) at the end of 22 April 2025. :be AG will continue to provide its shareholders with annual reports, AGM documents and news about the :be Group here as usual.
