      Delisting on 22.04.2025

      The :be share was delisted from the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange (market segment: direct market) at the end of 22 April 2025.

       

      :be AG remains available to answer questions from its shareholders and interested investors.

      1. Contact

      In addition to approving the delisting, the Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 April 2025 also resolved to convert the existing bearer shares into registered shares. As soon as the timing for the conversion has been finalised, :be AG will inform its shareholders here and/or separately in a news item on the process. No costs will be incurred by :be shareholders in connection with the conversion to registered shares.
